• Email address — provided when you upload a file. Used to send your verification link and analysis results.
• Project name and description — metadata you provide to label your analysis.
• Domain name — optionally provided to identify the website being analysed.
• Uploaded CSV data — the Google Search Console Queries report you upload. This contains search query strings and their associated metrics (clicks, impressions, CTR, position).
• Usage data — basic analytics such as page views collected via Vercel Analytics. No personally identifiable information is captured.

3. How we use your information

• To process your uploaded file and generate your analysis results.
• To send you a magic link so you can securely access your dashboard.
• To associate your uploads with your account so only you can view them.
• To improve the reliability and accuracy of our analysis engine.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon. Email delivery is handled by Resend. We use HTTP-only session cookies and server-side authentication to protect your account. File uploads are validated server-side before processing. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

5. Data retention

We retain your project data for as long as your account is active. You may contact us at any time to request deletion of your data and account.

6. Cookies

We use a single HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
